The workshop

By appropriately adopting some of the core skills associated in brilliant coaching practice, managers can increase their day-to-day influence and versatility with their teams, by:

This highly participative workshop will help Leaders & Managers to understand the value of the coaching framework, learning and practicing lots of core techniques that can be woven into their day-to-day approach in a way that will grow their teams more effectively whilst developing trust and competency.
On the day
Participants will work on their own ‘live’ coaching topic*(see overleaf) and develop an action plan related to day-to-day Management & Leadership by the end of the session. The day itself will cover:
