Following a successful career leading teams within media communications, negotiating on behalf of brands such as Cadburys, Levis, Audi, McDonalds & Heineken for over 15 years, my career changed direction in 2008, becoming Head of Learning & Development for Starcom MediaVest Group. Finding my career passion, I led a fantastic Team that gained Platinum CPD Accreditation from The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising across my 8 year tenure, also introducing a range of initiatives that were recognised as a focal contributor to the Sunday Times Best Companies success 4 years consecutively.

Since 2015, I have worked independently, partnering with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from the Media Communications Sector through to Government, Tech & Finance; from start-ups through to global brands.

Bringing together a wealth of commercial and management experience, I have a rounded perspective of the importance of investing in people in the most impactful way, tailoring to the needs of the client to encourage purpose, real-world application and a bit of fun along the way!
