Enhancing Managerial Effectiveness
This blended programme looks to explore some of the key considerations that can elevate your line managerial approach in a way that is proactive and authentic, building upon existing practices and experience.
As line managers, irrespective of experience, the impact & influence that you assert can have a profound effect on the engagement & productivity of your team. The relationship that someone has with their manager has the highest correlation to employee engagement and as the world becomes more automated, these pivotal human skills are even more important in shaping the commercial & cultural success of a business.
The combined responsibility of nurturing, guiding and developing others whilst delivering to the ‘technical’ part of your role, is hugely complex. As such this programme offers time to pause and consider some of the most fundamental components that breathe life into the HR processes & procedures, to help you to be the best line manager that you can be so that your people can develop and flourish.
Bringing together all of your experience and perspectives, we will look to reaffirm what you are already doing brilliantly and to notice where certain practices can be improved or introduced.
Individual, confidential 1:1 sessions, offering participants the space to explore key areas that have emerged from the full day session and/or existing management opportunities or challenges. Participants will be asked to create a ‘plan’ that can be proactively implemented with their direct team.
*Participants will be asked to confirm their key focal area that they wish to explore 4 working days before the sessions. This will allow Sarah Taylor to prepare any materials that may support the 1:1 or offer appropriate pre stimulus to enhance the session.*
